"We have been impressed with the sleek modern design of Stobag's Metro Fala 'drop arm' cassette awning. The availability of detailed engineering plans on the internet along with all the options available really are excellent. They are much easier to install than typical retractable drop arms that require mounting brackets at each end- whether there is mounting structure there or not. They even have an option to crank the awnings up and down using a through the wall device from inside the shaded room. Really cool to be able to sell awnings for a second floor screened porch without having to have them motorized!"
