Reed Awning was born four years ago from the knowledge and tradition of Ohio Awning and Manufacturing, a company founded in 1865 and still satisfying customers 150 years later. We are full-service residential and commercial awning specialists, and a few years ago we started searching for a different kind of retractable awning to offer to our customers-something better, something extraordinary, and something unlike anything previously available. After an extensive search, Reed Awning was introduced to Stobag, a Swiss company with revolutionary ideas in custom shades. After personally trekking to Switzerland to see how Stobag designs, develops, and manufactures these remarkable awnings, we signed on to offer these high-quality European awnings to North America.
